got this good promo of free room for 2N stay in First world hotel lor. just simply send the SMS promo code to book it here we go (4 of us ~ 1 Msian, 1 Thai, 2 SG). since i got a day off on Fri, well, might as well make use of the chance for a mini getaway..
the journey there was terrible as we are stuck in the rain before we even reach JB. Singapore is raining heavily. when we reached KL, storm is cooking up too.
despite the bad weather, we get to see a beautiful rainbow before it starts raining cats and dogs lor super long rainbow that spreads from one far end to the other lor

the route up to Genting got very hazy and dangerous to drive so we reached our destination late about 7pm instead 6pm (plus the traffic jam). by the time we reach, we are already very hungry so we did a quick dinner at our usual restaurant ~ happy valley
the food is very cheap. 25 Ringgit for a fish..haha..freshly catch somemore..haha
after dinner, we headed down to the casino! we got a very good package ~ for 200 Ringgit, we got 200 non-exchangeable chips + 1 free meal coupon (which we use it on the second night and i will block it in another post) . other than this good deal, we also got free upgrade to silver card!! haha. do you know how much money u need to bet or the time u need to spend in the casino in order to get a silver card?? this time i got it free!!! but the offer is only extendable to singaporeans and PR lol. so in the end, only 3 of us got it..and T, i will remember this..with silver card, we can park indoors lor lolx..
you must be thinking y i am laughing about this..cos even without a silver card, we always park indoor haha..i dont know where this logic comes about but this is something i can always bring up for a good laugh haha..
btw, this time round i wore my Dr Martin up to genting le..hehe.
