Zachariah has been getting very fussy over food lately. So i will try to give a variety of food for his meal especially since i am at home. This is one of the meals that i will prepare and give it to him.
So sharing the recipe here. Mummies out there, any food recipes you can share with me for my little fussy eater?
Zachariah's Macaroni Soup
Ingredients
Soup Base
6 -7 dried scallop
2 bowl of water
a dash of chicken stock powder ( Knorr without MSG)
Meatball
Fish meat paste with minced meat - mixed together and make into balls. Add a little starch water and stirred in 1 direction to make the meat more texture. Add a little sesame oil for more fragrant
Macaroni - I used those ABC ones
Some green vegetables - I use the chinese spinach

Steps
- Prepare the soup base
- Add in the noodles and take it out for cooling
- Add in the meat ball and then lastly the vegetables
- Pour in whats in #3 into #2 and finish
