will someone just tell me..who is the one generating the public n private key for SFTP connection? i quit myself from thinking about this as it has been bugging me for so long.
Lecturer told that host should b the one generating it for the client. but vendor say is the other way round..i chk with my friends from NTU, NUS, UOL...all seems follow the book...now where does the vendor get his theory from??
it doesnt sounds logical to me for a client to generate its own key to access other systems...now who is right n who is wrong?
