of the art of fine modern japanese crusine

went to a fine dinning dinner yesterday with Ashley and Alvin and CD. this is my first time there and definitely going back there again. it cost about 80 bucks per pax for a 7 course meal. the food is exquisite and you can feel the chef's effort in making all the dishes very delicious.

well, this is the Chef's selection of assorted platter

for cold dish, i took plotter of air flown seasonal sashimi. yum. i love the ebi and salmon..keke

next for side dish i have foie gras chawamushi topped with black truffle slice. they mixed the foie gras with egg and steam it. so u taste foie gras every mouthful u take.

for soup, i decided to be more traditional and took japanese miso soup.

so much of the side dish ...etc. now we finally come to the main course. pan-seared sayori with horseradish sauce

for desert, dozo's freshly baked warm chocolate cake served with ice cream! this is my favorite. yum.

for drinks, i have ice mallow apple melody. a little sour and yet sweet drink. i love the drink!

well here are some of other food we took..interesting ones..

beef tataki with shaved parmesan and truffle mayo mosaic- very artistic...haha..and very yummy

gratinated escargots with yuzu butter

this is interesting cos the beef is cook on some kind of stone haha. beef tenderloin on Pu-Ye and  granite hot stone

this i consider the most sinful one haha...french cream cheese cake haha
