well, this yr is also the first yr that we celebrate without grandma. actually this is the second year for last year she is in hospital due to a fractured arm. but this is the first time she is no longer there anymore to eat with us. we no longer have steamboat this yr and switch to a peng cai instead. peng cai is something that you dump everything into a big pot. we have abalone, fish maw, roast meat, vege, mushroom and etc.
the soup is really "solid". i love the soup. yum.
