it is ironic cos there is HATCHED at near my place and yet we din try it plus we heard alot of raves on HATCHED from blogs and friends. lol. so this sunday we woke up "early" to head there for brunch!

www.hatched.sg , HATCHED's speciality is eggs. u can have eggs cooked in many ways like poached, scramble, sunny side up..etc. if you are a egg lover, you must visit them cos u will love their eggs!
i love the deco in the cafe. is really retro for me and their menu is super cute! they also have innovative names for each dishes
the price of the food is pretty reasonable and our total damage is 48.3 bucks inclusive of gst and service charge
Latte - 5 bucks. i love their latte cos is not very sweet and is very rich
sleep over - 12 bucks. french toast with bake banana and bacon. u put the maple syrup and it taste both sweet and salty. you may think that it taste weird but i tell u, it doesn't! the bacon and the sweetness from the banana + maple syrup blends in perfectly! yummy!
Burly Benedict - 19 bucks. if you think 2 is alot, u can order 1 less which is i think about 12 bucks. the eggs is served on top of beef patty muffins. together with the roasted potatoes + salad, it makes a very filling meal. the poached eggs is well cooked. the egg white is cooked from the outside but not the yolk ( we love it this way too). Yummy
so if you are a egg lover like us, do pop by at their cafe at holland V. btw, there are lots of gems in holland v too! will bring more to you next time!
