it is a tradition for us to do lo hei during chinese new. i used to work in a environment where lo hei is like part and parcel of life. we believe in more lo hei will bring more business and luck to our company.
food at paradise inn is as good as usual. i love the pig throtters bee hoon - tried it once with JW some time bk and i miss the bee hoon. i love the kong ba bao too. yum yum. although is not very healthy but is quite shiok to pamper yourself once in a blue moon.
