went for a birthday celebration at Li Bai. it happens that chinese new year is just around the corner and everywhere is selling yu sheng, so took the chance to do a lo hei. hopefully this year will be a good one for monkeys.
the food at Li Bai is very good. simple dishes and yet it tastes very gd. feel a little more like teo chew style. not strong flavor. just nice.=)
Price wise, i would say value for money
peking duck - this is very very good
shark fin - clear soup...i like
steam fish
lobster mee sua
yam fried scallop and they use the left over duck for one of the dishes
mango puree with sago
