of celebrating national day 2012 with shabu shabu lol

how do you spend your national day? traveling to malaysia? going out somewhere? nua-ing at home to watch ndp 2012? well, i spend the whole day resting actually, probably i m deadbeat from the night classes and plus i m suffering from sinus all the time so it makes me prone to flu i guess. after watching the ndp on tv broadcast, we headed down to tampines mall for a quick dinner. as our cravings for shabu shabu starts again and there is one newly opened jap restaurant, we decided to give it a try too.

 sadly, not worth the money..the price is 20 ++ and you need to top up 2 bucks more for public holiday and weekend. and the total damage for us is about 50+. the food variety is not as much as we expected. the beef is too thick ( according to LL) but the pork is ok. the soup base is gd. i would not go back again unless i miss their soup. lol

there are 4 type of soup base for u to choose. we select shabu and tonyu miso. we love the soup

there are also some cook food like sushi for u to eat. u can also order some ala carte small dishes too but is charged separately

there is also a ice cream making machine where u can make your own ice cream.
