of home cooked food...do you think it is a gd idea to bring homecook food for lunch?

another round of home cooked food. i m thinking of bringing homecook food for lunch..i feel home cooked food is healthier..and i tend to become slimmer when i m taking home cook food. what do u think?

all food especially soup is made of "real ingredient"..the soup based is cooked with the X hrs of bak kut

boiled lean pork

fried vege with less oil and salt..with lotsa mushrooms

this is unhealthy cos it is deep fried but...u only get 2 pieces so it is like a "controlled" item...

what say u? do you think is a gd idea to bring your own food to work?
