I always walk pass this japanese restaurant @ Metro Paragon Basement and fasinated with how the chef make soba. It looks very much the same like how the chinese chef make la mian. freshly made noodles alway taste very good and i love them! so after walking past numerous time, the soba finally "called" me and we just walk in for our lunch!

i simply love the salad dressing. the salmon fillet is fresh and taste heavenly with the salad dressing. very healthy choice of food!
i dont really like cold soba so i took the warm one instead. i had some cravings for mushrooms so...here it goes! nothing but mushrooms lol

well i would say that the warm soba taste gd but i still prefer ramen and udon. They also serve udon. maybe next time i will give it a try. the price is also quite reasonable. they do serve value set meals from mon to thur lunch only.
