is amazing what you can find in food court nowadays. From Japanese cuisine to Korean cuisine and now you also have Xing Hua cuisine in Foodcourt.
This stall located at a tiny corner in Hougang Mall Food court. The actual name of the stall is Pu Tian Xing Hua. Not sure if it is related to the famous Pu tian restaurant but they do sell similar Xing Hua delicacies at a food court price.
Now, let me present to you their xin hua bee hoon. Xing Hua bee hoon is very different from other bee hoon u have in the zi char stall. firstly, their bee hoon is white ( not black due to dark soya sauce), they added "lala" clams to it which adds flavors to the bee hoon. making the bee hoon very seafood taste. they also add alot of veges to it.
their dumplings is deep fried and not pan fried. Each dumpling is made to look like small ingots (元宝). very cute and is very yummy too!
