A newly opened small size restaurant in the Ghim Moh neighbourhood (Blk 21) by a Chef from China ~ Mr zhang. Restaurant name is Zhang Ji Mei Shi Wang Guang. The dishes are mainly Sichuan delicacies and are prepared and cooked by Mr Zhang himself. Very china style of dishes and the price of the food is quite reasonable.

Personally I love their fish steam boat where the whole fish is cooked in the big metal bowl and added with a lot of sour vege and their pig trotters. the pig trotters are so well cooked that the meat just melts in your mouth!

A very typical restaurant that serves food that taste like home cooked. Nothing spectacular or fancy about the dishes but it just give you a homely feeling. Guess this is what Mr Zhang wants each of us to feel too. a typical home cooked meal sincerely prepared by Mr Zhang.
