Heard and read many raves on Tsukada Nojo and I always wanted to try their Bijin Nabe. the soup base of their steamboat is cooked with chicken bones that is boiled over many hours until the soup turns milky white. It was then solidify and served in jelly form. The steamboat is 25 per pax that comes with standard ingredients like prawns, veges and chicken meat balls and noodles ( 3 types for you to choose from - glass noodles, thin egg noodle, mochi mochi noodles like thick ramen). there are also side dishes for you to choose from.

it comes with 4 types of sauces for you to dip your food in.
the main ingredient - the solidify chicken soup. as you can see, it is very much like jelly and it will take approximately 5-10 mins for it to melt totally. once it is melt, it is highly recommended that you drink the soup for its original taste!

Next you can take the chicken meat and eat it with the sauce provided.
then u can start to put the veges and chicken meat ball into the steamboat
last but not least, use the soup to cook your noodles!
We also ordered some side dishes which is their nikumaki and nikumaki yuzu. basically is pork wrap rice. according to the staff, it is their famous dish!
Overall you can really taste the collagen soup and the price is quite value for money!

Verdict out of 5 * :
Taste : ****
Price : ***
Return customer? Definitely! but I will make sure that I be there early cos if u reach there around 7 plus or 8, you might not get a seat and even eat it! very popular and pack with ppl!
