I would like to take this chance to thank my husiban for spoiling me with such wonderful good food. The Falhumaa serve fine dining in the resort. The restaurant is located very near to the beach where you can choose to dine alfresco or indoor. The position of the restaurant is very good and you can get to enjoy the beautiful night scenery in Maldives.
I must say, this night is a wonderful night to remember for life. The scenery is breathe taking and i dont think is u can ever experience it in Singapore. I would say it is like fairy tale where mermaids swimming under the bright moon light.
the food is quite pricely and they are all priced in USD. The serving is quite huge actually which i am quite surprised. The food is very nice especially the fish is very fresh!
We ordered soup for sharing and 1 main course and 1 appetizer each. By the time we are done with our main course, we only have a tiny space for 1 desert only. the total damage is about 270 USD for the two of us.
Starter - Deep fried ginger with lemon mousse
Mushroom soup - Very strong flavoured of mushroom. The soup is not too thick but is not as hot as we expect it to be. it is just warm. or maybe it gets cold easily when we sit outside. =(

The grill pork belly. the meat is super tender and juicy. i love this dish very much
tiger prawn cake. this dish is quite special. cos i thought it is almost like Thai fish cake but it is not. the prawn meat is layered with thin mini pancake.
For our main course, i took fish and husiban took steak. i love the steak too. is weird, i always find his food taste better and he like wise, find mine taste better. hmmm
our desert...tiramisu choc dome, this is really good and we never regret ordering it despite we are very stuffed.
the food and the ambience is really good and very much worth for money. Trust me, dining there is one experience you will never forget. =). last but not least, presenting to you, husiban sigining the 270 USD bill haha
