Heard much raves about The Rabbit Stash from my friends and always wanted to try their set menu. I am so lucky on Valentines day to visit this restaurant! What happen is that due to our busy schedule, we actually did not plan anything on V day and i happen to call Ting from The Rabbit Stash and she told me that there is 1 table available for the night! so here we go.
The restaurant is located at the Alexis Condominium. A very cosy restaurant that serve exquisite dining experience and their food is really good!

Served with complimentary daily bread & snacks. I love bread that is served warm especially in fine dining. The heart shape butter makes it too cute to be cut to be spread on my bread but sadly. i did. lol.
Amuse Bouche - Their first starter already gives me surprise and yearning for more!

I find this dish too fishy for me. so in the end, i gave my precious oyster to Husiban where he ate it happily.
Palate cleanser
Passion fruit sorbet, blueberry compote, apple gelee
something special instead of the usual sorbet ( cos those i had usually are ice type). i love the passion fruit and blueberry mix. slightly sour but gives a refreshing taste just to clear your taste bud for the next dish
150-days grain fed Tenderloin
fennel, butternut, nectarine
i super love this! i was told that they are very well know for their steak and truly is! I ordered mine medium and it is really good! the beef is so tender that it melts in your mouth even it is medium!
Hazelnut Praline
Raspberry, almond
a perfect desert to end the night! i guess this is the best description that i have!
You can choose red or white wine for pairing. They do offer per glass at 12 bucks. alternative, you can also ask for their house wine at $52 which is very good too! If you cannot finish the wine, they can return you the wine cork to allow you to bring back the wine.
