Having my own kitchen means i get to cook what ever i want and try out new recipes. This recipe is from my mum and i think many of us knows how to cook this soup. However, i still would want to share my preference way of cooking this soup. This recipe will serve 2 pax
1 chicken bone washed, chopped into half and removed the fats
Tips : some will prefer ikan billis but i will still prefer chicken bone to bring out the sweetness of the soup. you can also use pork ribs for this
2 Tomatoes chopped into quarter
2 potatoes skinned and chopped into dices
1 carrot skinned and chopped into dices
2 onions, removed the outer skin and chopped into quarter
2 litres of water

Step
- Boil the onions and the chicken bone together for about 20 mins using low flame
- slowly add in the carrots as they take longer time to cook for 10-15 mins
- slowly add in the potato and cook for 10 mins
- lastly add in the tomato and some light soya sauce for flavour
Serve when hot.
