[Recipe] Chicken Wing Stew

This is another recipe from my mum and we love it when my mum prepare this dish! the sauce goes very well with plain rice. This dish is quite simple to do but lotsa of preparation. Especially you need to prepare the chicken wings before you stew it.



Ingredients
6-8 chicken wings ( Marinate with 1/2 table spoon of dark soya sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chinese wing, 1/2 tablespoon of light soya sauce for 2 hrs)
1 potato remove skin and diced
2 slice of ginger (sliced into slices)
1/2 carrot remove skin and diced
1 table spoon of sesame oil
1-2 table spoon of oyster sauce
1 table spoon of soya sauce (you may add more if it is not salty enough)
1 tablespoon of chinese wine
500 ml of water

steps
1.  Air fry the chicken wing for 15 mins ( you can choose to deep fry it)
2.Sautéed the ginger with sesame oil until golden brown
3. Add in the carrot and potato and stir fry it
4. Add in the water and seasoning ( oyster sauce + soya sauce + chinese wine)
5. Add in the chicken wing and allow it to shimmer until the chicken wing is soft , carrot and potato is fully cooked.
6. Serve when hot
