Ingredient
1/8 slices of pumpkin chopped into cubes
10 chicken wings marinate with 1/2 tablespoon sugar 2 tablespoon of hua dao wine 2 tablespoon of potato starch 2 tablespoon of light soya sauce
2 tsp of black bean sauce
2 slices of ginger
2 shallots
3 garlic

Steps
- Deep fried the chicken wing until golden brown and followed by the pumpkin and put aside
- Stirred fried the ginger garlic and shallot until fragrant.
- Add in the black bean sauce and chicken wing. Then add in the pumpkin.
- Pour in the marinated sauce and add abit of water just enough to cover the chicken.
- Add abit of soya sauce to taste.
- Bring to boil and put everything to the pressure cooker and cook for 30 mins.If you do not have pressure cooker u can use the normal method to cook
