[Recipe] Homemade Seafood toufu

Ingredients
300 g of Sotong paste
3 table spoon Mixed vegetables
2 tube of Egg Toufu
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tablespoon of oil
2 tablespoon of corn flour
plain flour for deep frying

Steps

  1. Mashed the egg tofu into paste form
  2. Add in the the eggs, sotong paste, corn flour, mixed vegetable , oil , salt and pepper
  3. mixed evenly and put in the pan to steam. Remember to put a layer of plastic wrap below before you put the tofu in so that you can remove it easily
  4. Steam for 20 mins
  5. take out the tofu and cut into cubes. coat the tofu with plain flour and deep fried until golden brown
  6. Served when hot
