ok, this year is a slightly less busy year after the opening. so i have some time to set aside for cookies baking. decided on the list of cookies to bake
1. butter cookie
2. choc oat cookie - my signature cookie
3. pineapple tart
probably if i reach home early on new year eve, i may bake some cakes too haha.
anyway. here are some pictures taken.
after 1 day hard work,
for home, family, office and love ones. =P
this cookie is quite easy to bake.
Here is the recipe
Ingredient A
80g Ghee
100g Margarine
70g icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Ingredient B
200g Plain flour
20g corn flour
20g milk powder
Ingredient C
1/2 tsp colouring essence
Method
1. beat Ingredient A until creamy
2. Add Ingredient B and mix well at low speed
3. Seperate the dough into two portions, add the colouring to one portation and mix well
4. Place the two doughs into a decorating bag. Squeeze the dough out in a spiral shape
5. Bake at 170 degrees in a preheated oven for 18-20 mins
Cooking tips
- use red colouring for a chinese new year festive look!
