Traditional Resume Vs the new Resume -> Visume
So if you know what is a resume, then what is a Visume?
Traditional Resume is just a piece of paper -> crap. so boring. no interaction.
Visume -> Visual + Resume ! which means you not only can read the content in the resume, you can view the person "virtually". well, not very "real time" but rather u get to see how the person speak and do a little introduction of him/herself. Imagine you read a resume that is so fantastic in writing but when u interview the person, he or she can't even speak properly at all.

actually, doing up a resume is really pain in my "Arse"...u need to fill up so much details. how nice i can actually say everything instead of typing everything in the form right? haha.
well i do find this quite useful as sometimes i feel much better in talking than in writing haha. probably i love to talk. for this, you really need alot of practice for a perfect video with no "cut" ( from the director -> which is yourself) haha
some tips on putting up a gd resume ( i am not expert lah but hope these tips works for you too)
1. Job description : keep it short , precise and yet informative -> very complicated right? Simple -> just state all the roles that are important in your job. leave the unnecessary out like -> photocopy invoice? please..OMG
2. Keep your resume up to date always -> people tend to be forgetful so always remember to update your resume every once awhile. don't wait until you want to start looking for a job as you might forget what you have done donkey years back
3. Try to keep it within 3-4 pages. you not writing a thesis or a book.
4. Try to emphasize your skill sets according to the job that you apply. some people have the habit of writing cover letters. it helps too.
5. have a good layout that place the most important information that you want your reader to read first.
6. always remember to put reason for leaving. they always ask you. it helps too if you always switch jobs haha
